There is a minimum charge of $50 for the initial consultation up to one hour.

There is a minimum charge of $50 per hour up to $150.

If the computer issue(s) cannot be addressed in the maximum amount of time, then only the initial consultation fee applies.
You will be sent a confirmation email that I have received your order. I will send you another email to make direct contact with you. At that time you will provide your telephone number to allow for scheduling and coordination.
